    • Control of payment of holiday allowance, vacation, Christmas allowance, and control of absences and sick leave. Monitoring compliance with legal requirements applicable to employee vacation management;
    • Issuance and sending of the Remuneration Map to the Insurer for the purpose of accidents at work insurance, and Union, if any;
    • Labor support, in the perspective of clarifying doubts related to labor relations;
    • Preparation and submission of Model 10 Declaration and Individual Income Statements;
    • Issuance of each employee's annual income tax return (IRS);
    • Preparation and submission of the Single Report.
